• Student's name and age
• Phone / WhatsApp number and email (if provided)
• Current Quran reading level, preferred package and class timing
• For students under 18, the parent or guardian's name and contact details

Payment information: payment amount, date and transaction ID. We never ask for or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password.

Collected automatically: general information such as device, browser, pages visited and approximate location, through cookies and analytics tools when you use the website.

• To complete admission and assign a suitable batch
• To send class links, schedules and important updates
• To keep records of fees and payments
• To answer your questions and provide support
• To improve our website and teaching quality

Classes are held on online video platforms, and those platforms' own privacy policies also apply.

• If a class ever needs to be recorded, the student or parent will be informed in advance.
• Students must not record classes without permission or share photos, videos or details of other students.

7Children's Information

Students under 18 are enrolled with the consent of a parent or guardian. In such cases, communication, payments and important matters are handled with the parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 11.

8Data Security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, and only the people who need it can access it. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

9How Long We Keep Information

We keep information for as long as it is needed for admission, classes and payment records. After that, it is deleted on your request, unless some information must be kept for legal reasons.

Under applicable Indian law, you may at any time:

1Acceptance of Terms

By using our website arquranacademy.com or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. AR Quran Academy is a privately owned service run by Hafiz Qari Maulana Abdur Rahman.

2About the Programme

• 90-Day Online Quran Training Program, delivered through live online classes
• Each class is 45 minutes long
• Subjects: Noorani Qaida, Makhraj, Tajweed, Dua and a Friday morning tafsir class on the 30th Para
• Class timings: 6 AM to 8 AM and 2 PM to 11 PM. Friday morning is only for the 30th Para tafsir class
• Batch start dates and class schedules are shared on WhatsApp

To maintain teaching quality, reasonable changes may be made to the curriculum or schedule when needed, and students will be informed in advance.

3Eligibility

Men, women and children aged 11 years and above may enrol. Students under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian, who will be considered to accept these terms on the student's behalf.

4Admission Process

To enrol, contact us on WhatsApp, share the student's details and choose a package. Admission is confirmed only after the applicable fee is paid. The student or parent is responsible for keeping the information provided accurate.

5Fees & Payment

• Monthly fees must be paid by the date communicated on WhatsApp.
• If fees are not paid on time, access to further classes may be paused temporarily.
• Fees for future batches may change, but this will not affect fees already paid.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6Class Rules & Etiquette

• Join classes on time.
• Be respectful towards the teacher and other students.
• Attend in appropriate dress and a quiet setting, in keeping with the dignity of a Quran class.
• Use your camera and microphone as instructed by the teacher.
• Do not share the class link with anyone, and do not record or share classes without permission.

7Absence & Missed Classes

• Classes missed for the student's own reasons are the student's responsibility. A make-up class may be offered depending on the teacher's availability, but it is not guaranteed.
• If a class is cancelled by the Academy, students will be informed in advance and the class will be held at another time.

8Technical Requirements

To join classes, the student needs their own smartphone or computer and a stable internet connection. The Academy is not responsible for internet or device problems on the student's side.

9Learning Materials

Notes, audio, video and other materials shared in class are for the student's personal learning only. They may not be copied, sold or shared publicly without permission.

10Cancellation of Admission

The Academy reserves the right to cancel the admission of a student who repeatedly breaks class rules, behaves disrespectfully or does not pay fees for a long period. In such cases, any refund will be considered under the Refund Policy.

11About Results

Learning progress depends on the student's current skill level, attendance and regular practice. The Academy does not guarantee any specific result. For details, please see our Earning Disclaimer.

12Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Academy is not liable for any indirect loss. In any case, the Academy's maximum liability will not exceed the course fee paid by the student.

13Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when needed. Updated terms will be published on this page with a new date.

14Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disagreement will first be resolved through discussion. If it cannot be resolved that way, the courts of North 24 Parganas, West Bengal will have jurisdiction.

1Summary

2Admission Fee

The ₹500 admission fee for the monthly group package covers the cost of the admission process and batch assignment. It is non-refundable under all circumstances.

3Group Class – Monthly Payment

• Once a month's classes have started, the fee for that month is not refunded.
• If you want to stop from the next month, let us know on WhatsApp or by email before that month's fee is due, and the next month's fee will not be charged.

4Group One-Time & One-to-One Courses

• If you cancel before the first class, 100% of the fee paid will be refunded.
• If you request a refund within 7 days after the first class, 50% of the fee paid will be refunded.
• No refund applies more than 7 days after the first class.

5If the Academy Cancels

If the Academy is unable to run a batch or course, the student may choose either of the following:

• A transfer to the next batch at no extra cost, or
• A proportional refund for the classes that were not held

6When Refunds Do Not Apply

• Classes missed for the student's own reasons
• Internet or device problems on the student's side
• Admission cancelled because of rule violations or disrespectful behaviour
• Requests made after the time limits stated above

7How to Request a Refund

Send the following details on WhatsApp (9143641428) or by email (arquranacademy92@gmail.com):

• Student's name and phone number
• The package you enrolled in
• Payment date, amount and transaction ID
• Reason for the refund request

8Refund Timeline

• We will review your request and reply within 7 working days of receiving it.
• If approved, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days through the same method used for payment (UPI / bank).

1Educational Purpose

All courses, classes and content of AR Quran Academy are created only for Quran education: Noorani Qaida, Makhraj, Tajweed, Dua and the tafsir of the 30th Para.

2No Guarantee of Results

Every student learns at a different pace. Progress depends on:

• The student's current skill level
• Regular attendance in class
• Regular practice outside class

The Academy therefore does not guarantee that a student will reach any specific level or skill within 90 days. Our aim is to help you build your foundation and improve your reading skills under proper guidance.

3Earnings Disclaimer

Nothing on our website, in our ads or in our classes should be taken as a promise of earnings.

4Student Experiences

Any experiences or feedback shared by students reflect their personal experience. Other students may not see the same results.

5Religious Rulings

The tafsir class is an introductory lesson on understanding the meaning of the verses. For specific fiqh matters or personal religious decisions, please consult a qualified scholar.
